Ed is a General Partner and Key Principle on a $150mm+ Multifamily Real Estate Portfolio concentrated in the Southeast United States. In addition to being an investor, Ed is also a Commercial Real Estate coach, host of a weekly zoom, and monthly meetup in Manhattan, NY. After serving in the US Navy for six years, Ed met his wife, Pilar. They have been married for over 42 years. Ed and Pilar are proud parents to three beautiful daughters and a two-year-old grandson. Ed spent much of his life as Chief Engineer of a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in New York and retired in 2015. Outside of real estate, Ed likes to enjoy his free time with family, friends, hiking, sailing, and playing music.
